Slave of God - WATTS

In The Name of God, The Most Merciful, The Ever-Merciful to His believing servants.

All praise belongs to God, may He extol His Messenger in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, his family and companions and whoever follows guidance until the Day of Judgement.

To proceed,

The following is a list of beneficial producjts one may use throughout their life.

There are things present int the world today that are helpful and those that are harmful.

These things are in levels and we are born not knowing them.

This article focuses on those things which one may utilise their weath to obtain, replacing less advantageous products and moving closer to perfection by The Lord’s Permission.

These should take the place of that which is already being used in their place; for example, salt crystal deodrant and perfume taking the place of harmful chemical anti perspirants, etc.

Included are brief explanations of some of the benefits, though more detailed reasoning may be found in other articles – perhaps use the search function above.

Consider that if we have listed a particularly product, though your budget has space for a higher level (for example, organic unbleached cotton over that which is less costly, then take that instead).

However, be honest with what you have to work with and focus on bringing up lagging areas first.

This is a work in process and we wil update it as time goes on if God wills.

We do not receive any commission or remuneration for purchases (these are not affiliate links and are examples) – if you use them it is for the good of your own self.

I ask God, The Blessed and Most High, to place blessings in this for you, your family and those whom you hold dear.

May He extol His Messenger in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, his family and companions altogether.

Food

Organic Honey

God, The Most High, has said,

“And your Lord inspired the bee: ‘Take among the mountains as your homes, and among the trees and in the structures (that men) erect

Then eat from all the flowering plants and thereafter compliantly follow the paths of your Lord (which He inspired to you in returning to your homes).’ There comes out of their bellies a drink of varying colours in which there is healing for men. Verily, in that is a sign for a people who contemplate.”

The Noble Qur’an 16:68-9

And His Messenger, may God extol him in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace said,

“Healing is in three: blood cupping (Hijama), in the drinking of honey and cauterization with fire (branding), and I have forbidden my nation from cauterization.”

Authenticated by Bukhari

Take care to source honey from Beekeepers who feed their bees on their own honey (their food!) and not sugar and water.

This may have to be done via in person relationships.

Black Seed

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Messenger of God, may God extol him in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, said,

“Eat olive oil and anoint yourselves with it, for it is from a blessed tree.”

Reported by At-Tirmidhi

Healthy inside and outside the body. We personally eperienced dry skin around winter in Britain prior to using which God cured by way of it.

A little on the hands and other areas perhaps once a day.

No strong scent and very beneficial (including Vitamin E content).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil may be a very similar price to general Olive Oil and come instead in darkened, glass bottles which may help to preserve nutrients and avoid the issues with plastic containers.

~£4 per litre.

Cod Liver Oil

A common preventitive medicine of the white races, high in vitamin D, A and Omega 3 fatty acids (all common deficienies today).

Some of the particular types of Omega 3s are hard to find in a purely vegetarian diet.

That said, it is difficult to avoid uncontaminated fish today (mercury), so there may be an acute/long-term trade-off.

Perhaps Flax Seed oil and high dose vitamin D and many carrots daily and Cod Liver oil twice a week.

Flax Seed Oil ~£10 a litre.

Cod Liver Oil ~£12 a litre (Hard to find a source intended for humans – perhaps they have to go through expensive testing – that is unaffordable for most people).

Oats

Oats are high in Silica and a variety of other beneficial compounds, protein and carbohydrates.

~£0.80/kg in the UK (in bigger supermarkets).

Eggs or Goda/Edam/Camembert Cheese

High in Vitamin K2 which is a means of maintaining good arterial bone and bodily health.

The above vitamin is also useful in improving bone structure.

~14p each for large eggs and £2/400g for the cheese.

Dates

High in natural sugar (fuel for the brain) and antioxidants (to help prevent bodily damage).

Ajwa dates having additional benefits when consumed in the morning.

Make sure to buy without added oils (sunflower, etc).

A useful dietary staple, alkaline, good for energy and nowadays maybe actually impossible to become overweight eating dates.

Ajwa ~£20 per kilo

Regular, ~£2.80

Iodized Himalayan Salt

Iodine being one of the more common nutrient deficiencies in the west of our time, make sure to take iodized salt in a more natural form (like Himalayan Salt) containing more than just sodium and chloride.

~£11 per kilo

Supplementation

Though we recommend to eat foods as close to their natural form as possible, their are still some benefits in food that are quite hard to arrive at today even with better dietary habits.

Here are some supplements to consider:

Vitamin D3 & K2

Commonly deficient, especially in the colder regions.

~£11

Multivitamin with Zinc, Magnesium and Others.

Contains a number of beneficial factors, despite the terrible branding (genetic mutation is a bad thing, evolution is a hoax).

~£16

Grooming

The Messenger of God, may God extol him in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, said:

“Ten are the practices of fitrah (the innate disposition): clipping the moustache, letting the beard grow, using the tooth-stick (siwaak), snuffing water up the nose, cutting the nails, washing the finger joints, plucking the hair under the armpits, shaving the pubic hairs and cleaning one’s private parts with water.” The narrator said: ‘I have forgotten the tenth, but it may have been rinsing the mouth.’

Scent

Salt Crystal Deodrant

Potassium Alum salt.

Does not prevent sweating which isa natural and healthy bodily process.

Avoid harmful chemicals in body sprays, etc.

~£4

Perfumes

Perhaps look to essential Oils, like Oud, Rose, Musk, etc.

If you wish to find that which is already made up, then perfumes by Al-Sunnah in the UK in their 10ml Roll bottles which seem more natural in their ingredients.

(Personally, we like Malaysian Oud and Morrocan Musk).

~£1 each

Bakhoor

Use Bakhoor in well ventilated areas for nice house smells and to double as a way of heating.

Perhaps use open, ventilated electric bakhoor burners to avoid Carbon Monoxide and chemicals in instant light charcoal.

Make use to use the open plate style to avoid Carbon Monoxide also.

Burner ~£20

Bakhoor with seemingly more natural ingredients ~£4.

Natural Soaps

Something like this.

No harmful chemicals, etc.

Avoid the harmful hormone system effect associated with chemicals found in common body washes and shampoos (see below).

To make liquid soap, place one of these bars in a used honey jar with hot water and leave for a little while.

Water

Clean your hair with water.

It may take time for your body’s oil production to normalise again but the results will be far worth it, if God wills.

Almost free.

Miswak

The Messenger, may God extol him in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, said,

“The Siwaak is a purification for the mouth and pleasing to The Lord.”

Authenticated by Bukhari

In addition, the Messenger of God said that the Siwaak is from the fitrah (innate disposition every human is born upon).

Hasan – Al-Albani

~£0.66 each.

Toothbrush

Bamboo Toothbrush to avoid static and plastic.

~£1 each

Toothpaste

All natural ingredients including Coconut Oil and free from fluoride, a neurotoxin.

Mint.

Clothing

Polyester clothing, though very common today, has been shown to reduce fertility in males, perhaps by way of the static electric charge produced by way of them.

Live a simple life and experience simple problems, live a complicated life and what might we experience?

It would not be surprising if there is also a myriad of other issues associated with these (less natural) fabrics.

In addition, polyester appears to have a detrimental effect on body temperature regulation also, which may lead to other issues.

No doubt useful to preserve life when needed, but let’s move to the best.

Look to natural materials like cotton, linen, wool, leather, etc.

Cotton Underclothes

Particularly important for males to preserve fertility.

Should be cotton and loose also, caan we see now the harms of following the people who haven’t been guided?

~£3 each

Cotton Thobe

To us, the Saudi/Kuwaiti style in most beautiful.

As for a cotton one, then we are currently looking for a regular supplier to the UK.

Perhaps call The Salafi Bookstore and ask for Taariq (who does custom Thobes).

Cotton Ghutrah and Iqal

Helps to keep focused and leave off distractions.

In addition, from the most beautiful of ways of dressing currently.

Use cotton to avoid the harms of synthetic fabrics and stay cooler.

Commonly worn with a hat beneath.

~£15.

Hat ~£2.50

We are currently looking for a naturally material Iqal available in the UK to list here also.

Cotton Bedding

Example sheets: >£15

For extra warmth consider duvets with outers of cotton stuffed with goose or duck down, like these: >£15

Leather Shoes

Natural fibres tend to be simpler on the body and more in line with one’s disposition.

Leather sandals and the like may be found cheaply online with the exception of rubber soles.

What is better is 100% leather soles also, one of the reasons is the mechanism God has placed in creation which the people have taken to calling “grounding”.

Wear with socks of cotton then wool (avoid polytheist prints) if cold, and for women then perhaps let down one’s outer garment (cloak) over the feet to remain covered or purchase custom 100% leather shoes.

One example of leather except the soles. ~ £11.

One Example of 100% Leather

For Extra Warmth

Wool/Fur Farwas like these (for men: make sure to keep above the ankles), coats such as Sheepskin like these, wool socks and cotton undershirts or thermals, etc.

Wealth

PayPal

Avoid banks and the harms that come along with that.

Set up a PayPal.me to receive payments easily without having to bank transfer.

Also, use a business account to set up payment gateways to meetings, etc and thereby restrict the time spent on worldly activities, (like this).

Free.

Relationships

Website

Purchase the domain names for your name with a very simple website with something like WordPress.com

Automate social media accounts to share posts.

Use this as your communications hub.

~$40 /year

WhatsApp Business Account

Choose one messaging client for personal messaging and make this your hub that you check once every [as often as you need].

If you provide services to contacts then you might save oft used responses, automatic messages for new contacts, add websites and portfolios to the profile section.

Generally less tribulation than Facebook and some of the messaging clients also.

Free

Business Cards

One of the first few things people will see of you and one of the best for controlling the first impression, in addition to saving time over having to send out or speak out your number again and again.

The above three combined, a website, WhatsApp business account and a business card with your name, or business name on one side and a number on the back basically take you to the top of the social hierarchy for a few pounds.

Couple all this with opening social media accounts on all the major sites in your name, naming the file names as the name you wish to use for everything (including ranking on Google) and it is as though you are now within the top 1% of the world in terms of social ranking.
